Ordering your multi-currency debit card
Ordering your multi-currency card is quick and easy.
Step 1: Download the Currencies Direct app
If you haven’t already, download the Currencies Direct app from the App Store or Google Play.
Step 2: Login or create your account
Open the app and either login with your Currencies Direct account details or follow the prompts to register. The app will be your gateway to managing your card and tracking your transactions.
Step 3: Order your multi-currency card
Once you’ve logged in, tap the card icon at the bottom of the screen, tap on ‘Order your card’ and then follow the prompts. We’ll pop your card in the post and it will be with you in 3-5 working days.
Step 4: Load your wallet
While you’re waiting for your card to arrive, add funds to your GBP, EUR, USD or AUD currency wallet (more coming soon) so you’ll be ready to start spending seamlessly. Once your card arrives return to the app to activate it and you’re ready to go!
