Joe recently moved abroad to France for work. When exploring his day-to-day spending options, he was eager to learn more about our multi-currency debit card.

After discovering that many French banks place spending restrictions on local bank accounts, Joe knew that he required something that wouldn’t hinder his spending.

With marketing materials, hotels and client lunches to pay for, Joe was in search of a versatile and personalised spending experience. In search of a hassle-free way of spending, Joe decided to get in contact with us at Currencies Direct.

Our solution

  • Unlike many local banks, our multi-currency debit card won’t restrict your spending to a monthly limit. Without a placing on the card, Joe would be able to cover all necessary costs from one secure Currencies Direct account.

  • With the ability to spend in over 200 countries, Joe could also use his card in his new country of domicile, as well as during visits to the UK and any other holiday destinations enjoying our exceptional exchange rates along the way.

  • With immediate access to real-time updates and account balances in our app, Joe could spend securely and freely overseas and in the UK.

  • The option to load the card’s base wallet (GBP for UK residents, EUR for EU residents) ahead of time means that we will automatically convert the funds when spending in a currency outside of the 10 provided, providing Joe with exceptional exchange rates and enabling seamless spending.
