BAE Systems salary transfer – step-by-step guide
Please complete the following steps, after navigating to the Currencies Direct registration page:
On the first page tick the ‘An individual’ box
Then, enter your email address and create a password
Complete all personal details that are required
Complete registration and when selecting 'Amount you wish to buy' please ensure that you select a figure below £25,000. Please then tick the box to agree to our terms and conditions and click 'Complete'
Currencies Direct will then require 1) a valid proof of address (this is your BAE employment letter provided to you by HR) and 2) a proof of ID for you (this should be a copy of your passport picture page). Please email both of these docs to [email protected] but only after you have first completed your online application (as above steps 1-4)
You will then receive your 'welcome email'
You will also receive your first time login email for the online platform with an activation link
Use this to log on to the platform - it will send a verification code to your mobile
From the homepage, use the ‘Manage payees’ tab and ‘Add a new payee’ to enter the destination bank details in which you wish to receive your transfer. These will then be saved, ready for you to make your first transfer
Log into your online account by clicking here
Select ‘Make a transfer’ and choose your beneficiary account
Select the 'Reason' – Living Funds, and the payment currency as SAR
Follow the process, entering the amount you wish to transfer - select 'Confirm' and Currencies Direct’s SAR bank details for you to send your SAR to will be provided on the next page
Instruct payment to Currencies Direct from your own SAR account in KSA – if prompted, ensure to tick 'Charges ours' / 'Remitter pays all charges' as you have been paid an additional SAR 40 to cover this transfer to Currencies Direct
As soon as Currencies Direct receive your SAR we will send the specified amount of GBP onto your destination bank account
