After launching our multi-currency card last year, we’re continuing to expand our offering so that more customers around the world can get a card and enjoy seamless spending in over 200 countries (wherever Mastercard® is accepted).
In addition to the UK, Spain, Portugal and France, the card is now available to order if you live in Ireland, Norway and Sweden.
We’ve also expanded the number of currency wallets that are compatible with the card to include NOK, SEK and DKK. You can now buy these currencies in advance at excellent exchange rates and store them in your wallet, ready for you to use whenever you need them.
Our digital currency wallets allow you to take advantage when an exchange rate is strong, making your money go further. You can then spend like a local by paying directly from your currency wallets with the multi-currency card.
In addition to NOK, SEK and DKK, our card is also compatible with our GBP, EUR, USD and AUD wallets – and we’ll be adding more in the very near future. Check out the full, updated list of available currency wallets.
You can also use your card to spend in other currencies. Just add funds to your default currency wallet – which is GBP in the UK and EUR in Ireland, Norway and Sweden – and we’ll convert the currency in real time at a competitive rate.
If you want to order your own multi-currency card, you can do so through the Currencies Direct app, which is available on the App Store or Google Play.
If you don’t already have the app, or aren’t currently registered with us, you can download it and sign up in minutes.
Once you’ve opened the app just tap the card icon at the bottom, and follow the prompts to order your card.
