SARB Governor Lesteja Kganyago will take to the stand at 3 pm today, with markets not expecting a rise in interest rates just yet. Gov Kganyago’s speech will be the highlight as the rand is likely to react to any positive or negative wording. In Europe, a Greek ruling party official has said that the country will not be able to make the 5 June IMF payment without help. Staying in the Eurozone, we have manufacturing data to be released this morning and ECB President Mario Draghi will speak at 7:30 this evening. Have a good day folks as we wind down to the weekend!
