(It all helps)
1 When using funds from your wallet to spend in a corresponding currency (e.g. using funds from your GBP wallet to make purchases in GBP) no foreign exchange transaction occurs. When using funds from your wallet to spend in a different currency (e.g. using funds from your GBP wallet to make a purchase in EUR) a foreign exchange transaction will occur based on the available exchange rate.
2 There are no monthly or recurring fees associated with our multi-currency card. A one-off delivery fee of £5 will be payable when you order the card following our initial trial period. This charge will be made clear at the point of order.
3 If your registered address is in the UK the funds will come from your GBP wallet. If your registered address is in the EU the funds will come from your EUR wallet. When spending in one of our four available currencies the currency exchange will occur at a competitive exchange rate based on market conditions at the time of spending. When spending in a currency other than GBP, EUR, AUD or USD a margin of 2% will be applied to the interbank exchange rate. Please note, the card is currently only available to customers resident in the UK, Spain, Portugal and France, but we’re adding more countries soon.
