Sending Payments to Europe

If you're sending a payment to Europe it's important that you understand the importance of International Bank Account Number's (IBAN's).

Every bank account within Europe has its own unique IBAN which includes key data such as national bank code and account number.

By including your IBAN and SWIFT code on all payments sent to Europe you will help to improve the speed and accuracy of your payment.

In 2007 banks will start to charge for payments in Europe sent without an IBAN.
