Leslie Priestley

Leslie Priestley is Chairman of Generali PanEurope Ltd.(a company registered in Eire) and Tenax Capital Ltd (a specialised hedge fund). He is also a senior adviser to Satyam Computer Services Ltd.. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers

Previously , Leslie was Chief Executive of TSB England & Wales plc, and a director of TSB Group. Prior to this he spent 35 years with Barclays Bank where he held senior positions relating to Banking, Insurance and Credit Cards.

Leslie has also been Secretary General of the Committee of London Clearing Bankers, a member of the Monopolies and Mergers Commission, a director of London Electricity plc, the Civil Aviation Authority and Egg plc. He was also Vice Chairman of the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.
